Loved the lead characters, Etta and Dora; no two people could be more different, and yet complement each other. And let's not forget Leo, the Basset Hound, superior Woof in every way! The plot was interesting, and quirky enough for most of us, and the scenes in the book taking place in actual landmarks of Mecklenburg was wonderful - especially since the author, Adriana Licio, included awesome photos and descriptions of Mecklenburg in her email. I consider the book a double success since it gives me the urge to visit the area. All in all an enjoyable read, and I recommend it to all who like a mystery and visiting a place never thought of before.
